Music will make you feel better

To me music is an incredibly powerful force in my life,and lyrics in particular have always had a profound impact on me.
I listen music when I'm happy and of course when I'm really sad.Also music can REALLY change your mood.
For todays post I wanted to create really short list how music and how lyrics can make you feel better.

STEP 1
COMPILE A PLAYLIST

You probably have songs that you listen 24/7 but I want you to make a playlist just for specific situation.
On spotify I created a lot of playlists,for exemple (love songs,sad songs,dancing songs,etc.).
As I said I use spotify A LOT and it's so amazing that you can listen so many songs and making playlists and looking for songs is really easy.

STEP 2
GET INTO GROOVE

This step is about listening closely to the words.Listen to your playlist over and over again.
I'm the person who is really lyric-focused and can't help but listen to the lyrics and try to apply it in some way to my own life.To me that is really important and I love the feeling when I hear the song and say ''Wow,That soung just what I'm experiencing right now''.If you pay attention to songs you're drawn to,you'll realize that you love them so much because you releate to them in some way.

STEP 3
WRITE THE WORDS

After listening to your playlist it's time to document those words.When I listen to REALLY good song I take my cellphone and I write a note about my favorite lyrics.If you don't want to write it on your phone of course write it into your notebook.

I've been doing this for really long time now and it's so useful.
